主要研究领域:
主要从事新药的设计合成,新药研发以及超分子自组装体的设计及应用等化学生物学方面的研究工作。先后主持和参与国家自然科学基金7项,博士后基金1项,科技部“十二五”医药重大专项等。近几年来,在j. med. chem., chem. euro. j., bioconjugate chem., biomacromolecules,等国际知名期刊发表sci论文30多篇,国家发明专利授权4项,日本专利pct1项,国家科技鉴定成果1项。中国化学会会员,j. med. chem., adv. synth. catal., bioconjugate chem., bioorg. med. chem. lett等期刊特约审稿人。
1. 超分子自组装体的设计及在催化、3d肿瘤细胞培养和药物载体方面的应用。
2. 智能响应型纳米药物载体的设计及在复方给药过程中的应用研究。
3. 多靶点小分子抑制剂的合成设计及体内外抗肿瘤活性评价。
