致力于药物化学和化学生物学方向的研究工作。利用化学的理论、方法、手段和策略,发现和构建新颖的生物活性分子,探索其与生物体靶分子间的相互作用、分子识别和信息传递, 阐明各种生理和病理过程的分子机制,旨在解决重要的生命及生物医学问题。同时也为制药企业提供合成理论亚博电竞网站的技术支持与生产工艺优化。

主要从事新药的设计合成,仿制药工艺设计优化及化学生物学等领域的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目6项,合作主持国家自然科学基金重点项目2项,联合主持科技部“十二五”医药重大专项1项,与多家制药企业集团进行产学研合作研究。
