教授,博士生导师。主要从事代谢工程与合成生物学的研究工作,构建和改造微生物使其能够直接用于高效生产有用的生物燃料或化学品,开发优化crispr基因组编辑工具在菌株构建以及体外检测等领域的应用。先后主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的国家级及省部级基金10余项;申请发明专利9项、授权3项;以第一/通讯作者在nat. commun.metab. eng.trends biotechnol.等期刊发表sci文章60余篇(包括2esi高被引论文)。
